Gail Patton

East Africa Coordinator

Gail Patton is a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was saved when she was 17 years of age and walked into a fuller relationship with the Lord through the Holy Spirit 10 years later. She began teaching Emotionally Free® seminars in 1993 and has taught with Rita Bennett and independently from the East to West coast of the USA and internationally.

In 1999 SOMA-USA (Sharing of Ministries Abroad) requested an Emotionally Free® teacher participate on a mission team to teach Emotionally Free in The Rift Valley Diocese of Tanzania, East Africa. Through this mission God brought a powerful, lasting change in the lives of those who attended, which continues to foster change in the diocese.

During that mission the Lord began to give Gail a vision for the development of the Emotionally Free® material that would enable these same principles of soul-healing prayer to be easily taught cross-culturally: The result was "Emotionally Free - Principles for Soul-Healing Prayer for East Africa. in Kiswahili, “Uhuru Wa Kihisia”.  Local teams are now trained to continue the ministry. People in East Africa continue to be saved, receive healing from hurts in life and pray with others using “Uhuru Wa Kihisia.” God is opening new doors to further this ministry in East Africa and beyond. Pray and join us for the journey.
